  4. When the garlic pieces become golden, chop and mash eggplants’ flesh completely, and add them to the garlic pieces with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black peppers, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover the pan and let eggplants and garlic cook for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, make two tomatoes pure, add them to the pan with 1 tablespoons of tomato paste, and cook them for about 10 minutes with the covered pan. If it is watery, heat them for a while carefully.
