What Is the Kuku Sabzi Recipe?

It should be mentioned that you can cook Kuku sabzi in an oven or stove. In this case, we will cook it in the oven. So make sure your oven is on and keep it at 375° F.

  1. Take a pan or even a cake pan.
  2. Coat the bottom of the pan nicely with olive oil. If you do not have olive oil, frying oil can be a good alternative.
  3. Take a food processor and add parsley, cilantro, dill, scallions along with three tbsp. of olive/cooking oil and if you like, walnut and barberry. Mix them nicely till you get a finely chopped mixture.
  4. Keep the mixture aside for some time.
  5. Take a large bowl. Whisk six eggs with baking powder, salt, pepper, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin.
  6. Now add the mixture which you kept aside to the mixture of eggs in the bowl and mix nicely.
  7. Once you are done with it, pour the mixture into the pan you oiled earlier.
  8. Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  9. Allow it to cool and remove it from the pan.
  10. Your kuku sabzi is ready. Enjoy it with bread or plain rice. It is mouthwatering.

You can serve kokooo sabzi with salad Shirazi or pickles. It is a fantastic combination.
