How to Make Armenian Bulgur Salad?
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 grams tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- ½ pepper bell pepper
- ½ glass bulgur
- ½ glass water
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper as needed
To prepare Armenian bulgur salad, chop the onion into small pieces and fry it with a little olive oil in a suitable pan until the onion becomes light and glassy, then add a little salt and black pepper to the pan.
