Step One

First of all, cut one onion into slices. Pour liquid oil into a pan, and put the pan on the heat. When the oil is hot, fry the sliced ​​onions in the oil.

Add one glass of water to the meat in the pot, and increase the heat; when the water in the pan reaches the boiling point, reduce the heat, close the pan, and let the meat cook.

Step Five

Now, wash 200 grams of tomatoes, one potato, and one bell pepper with water. Then take the skin of tomatoes and potatoes, and chop them along with bell pepper. 

Pour oil into another pan, and as soon as the oil heats up, fry the tomato, potato, and chopped bell pepper in the pan.

Step Six

When the meat is half cooked, add the roasted tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers from the previous step to the meat pot, and mix them.

Step Seven

Pour oil into a pan, and let it heat up. When the oil is ready, add flour and fry it. Then add one cup of water to the flour and stir until it becomes uniform and the flour does not form lumps. Add the flour to the pot containing meat, potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. Now, allow the food to cook on medium heat for a few hours.

Step Eight

At this stage, when the food is cooked, turn off the flame, remove the Bo leaves from the Goulash, and throw them away.
