How to Make Ajapsandali?


  • 100 grams sunflower oil  
  • 500 grams eggplant

  • 5 tomatoes 
  • 3 medium onion

  • 400 ml water 
  • 3 Bulgarian pepper 
  • 3 grams salt 
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Black pepper as needed


Step One

To prepare Ajapsandali, first cut the eggplants into large rings, put them in a deep bowl, sprinkle a little salt, mix them entirely, and set them aside for 10 minutes.

Step Two

Put the peppers and tomatoes firmly on a baking dish, then put them in the oven for 10 minutes and turn on the mode at 250 degrees.
