How to Make Shirini Gerdooee?
- 90 grams egg white
- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams of walnut kernels
- 100 grams sponge cake
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
To prepare a delicious Shirini Gerdooee, put powdered sugar, walnut kernels, sponge cake, cocoa powder, and vanilla into the food processor, then mix well until the ingredients are entirely powdered and combined.
Now pour the dry ingredients into a suitable pan, then add the egg white and mix well until it is well mixed. Next, we put the pan on low heat.
Mix the ingredients continuously for 5 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

15 minutes before the end of the resting time, turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and let it heat up completely. After this time, cover the oven tray with oil paper and pour the dough into a pastry bag.
