How to Make Shotis Puri?
Ingredients
- 2 kg flour
- 700 ml warm water
- 20 grams yeast
- 30 grams salt
Directions
Step One
Pour 2 kg of flour into a large bowl. Make a hole in the flour and pour 700 ml of warm water into it. Add yeast and salt. Stir the ingredients until they are mixed well.
Step Two
Now, knead the dough for 5 minutes, and put it back in the bowl. Cover the top of the dough with cellophane and set aside.
Step Three
Now, put a warm cloth on it and let the dough rest for 30 minutes, and put it in a warm place like an oven while the Shotis Puri is resting; put firewood, salami or pine in the oven.

Step Four
At this stage, preheat the oven, knead the dough with floured hands again, and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Remove Shotis Puri out of the oven before baking. Shape them into the desired size. You can give it an oblong shape.
