  • In a separate bowl, add 3 cups of flour and 2 teaspoons of salt, along with 1 cup of warm water as well as 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix slowly and then knead and make small ball forms out of it.

  • Spread the potato mixture in the dough slowly. Add a small amount of water to the edges to help stick.
  • Finally, fry the Bolani for about 2 -3 minutes until they get a light brown color.
