For The Chicken Souvlaki

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into thin strips

You need 1/2 cup of tzatziki sauce to make Chicken Souvlaki.

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper as needed

Directions

Step One
